Will vasectomy make a man loose his sexual ability? Will it make him weak or fat?

He can have sex the same as before. He may find that sex is better since he is free from worry about making his partner pregnant.
He can work as hard as before. His erections and ejaculations of semen (fluid without sperm) will be the same. After vasectomy a man will look and feel the same as before. his beard will grow. His voice will not change.
Vasectomy is not castration. Vasectomy does not harden the testicles , which are the organs that produce male hormones.
Will the vasectomy cease to be effective after a time?

It will be effective for the rest of the man’s life. Vasectomy is permanent.
Can a man have his vasectomy reversed if he decides he wants another child?

Yes.
A provider will examine semen sample for sperm m. if the provider sees no sperm, then the vasectomy is working.
Does a wife/partner have to agree (sign a consent form) before a man has a vasectomy?
No.
The man can make the decision. It is best for the couple to make the decision together, but it is not a requirement.
